Fear Factoy SLC
Taking up an entire city block the Fear Factory is Utah's Best and scariest haunted house attraction. Deep in the industrial trenches of downtown Salt Lake City, lies an old forsaken factory that was built in the 1900's. This decrepit concrete factory that crawls across an entire city block was used and abused for decades before being abandoned and left for dead. Since then, many unsolved violent crimes have been committed here by wandering trespassers. The owner still refuses to disclose what was found when the underground tunnel system was excavated earlier this year. During it's use, the combination of extreme heights, rock crushing conveyor belts and underground tunnels led to an accident rate that was so high the factory had an on-site infirmary. To this day, those who pass by can still hear the blood curdling screams from the tortured souls of those factory workers who clocked in... but never clocked out.

Lazarus Maze
From the earliest days, even in the often bizarre world of mental health care what happened there was unusual. Problems that even today plague conventional mental health facilities were virtually unheard of at Bellshire, also know as the Institution of Terror. For example, whether from basic negligence, chronic staff shortages, or the natural and instinctive cleverness all maniacs possess, patients routinely manage to escape from more conventional mental health facilities. Yet patient escapes were simply unheard of at Bellshire and the hospital’s progress in this area was, initially at least, held up as an example of the success of their experimental treatment procedures. Sadly, when dealing with lunatics, progress in one area is all too often accompanied by setbacks in another, and thus it was with no surprise that problems were soon uncovered. In this case patients admitted with one mental condition were developing others as their treatment progressed.
