Trail of Screams
For 7 years the Trail of Screams has terrified visitors to death with unique attractions, 3D special effects, horrifying monsters, chainsaws, darkness and celebrity appearances. The Trail of Screams is the largest and most unique indoor and outdoor haunted attraction in Northern Illinois offering quality special effects, amazing actors, unique themes and extremely detailed sets. In the last seven years, the Trail of Screams has taken patrons on a “wild ride” with Vinnie the Van Driver, descended patrons down the “Black Hole,” took patrons on the ride of their life in the “dropping” elevator, made you walk through a 60’ trench…underground and made you jump right out of your skin with electrifying 3D artwork by world famous artist Stuart Smith of Stuartizm Designs, LLC.

Trail of Terror Haunted House
A terrifying walk through a two level 14+ room haunted house. Twists and turns lead you into areas that you wish you would have never entered. Prepare yourself to be scared to all limits, by live actors such as the Woodsman and the Bride of Death. Come for the scare if you dare!

Trails of Terror 2008
Wind your way through nearly one-half mile of spine-tingling terror at the Chicago Park District's Trails of Terror. At this year's Trails of Terror visitors will experience the dark side of a deserted town crawling with creepy characters. Enter if you dare the winding corn maze, ghostly cemetery, the bloody red barn, and lots of other bone-chilling surprises! October 24-26 & 29-31 6:30-9:30pm (except Halloween night: 7-9:30pm). $8 ages 8 & up (not recommended for young children) Tickets will not be sold after 9pm. Hotline: 773-262-6157. Trails Of Terror 2009
Wind your way through nearly ˝-mile of spine-tingling terror in the woods at the Chicago Park District’s outdoor Trails of Terror. Our small seaside town is crawling with creepy characters at the old wharf; our abandoned fishing boats are haunted by the ghostly remains of their crews. October 23-25 & 29-31 from 6:30-9:30pm. Peterson Park (in North Park Village), 5801 N. Pulaski Rd. in Chicago. Fees: ages 8-12 @ $8; ages 13 & up @ $10 (not recommended for young children--tickets will not be sold after 9:30pm). The DuPage County Fairgrounds have been transformed into the SCAREGROUNDS. Come out and get lost in the darkest haunted house in the in Chicago area. But watch out for the carnies.
