Haunted Trail at Deam Lake
Visitors will be led down a .5 mile trail at Deam Lake State Recreation Area where strange occurrences have been reported recently. This is a FREE event, and refreshments will be served. This is also a ONE NIGHT EVENT, on October 30th, from 8pm-11pm.

Haunted Train Station
The Danville Parks & Recreation Department, has teamed up with local volunteers to host its inagural Haunted Train Station. This fun-filled evening is set for Saturday, October 24 from 5:00pm – 10:00pm inside the Ellis Park Train Station(600 E Main St). The Haunted Train Station will be held in conjunction with Trick or Treat in the Park event.
The wonders of Ellis Park will be the theme for this event. For the younger children experiencing their first haunted house, “lights on” experience will be offered from 5pm-7pm. A scary “lights off” Haunted House will start at 7pm and will end at 10pm. Admission for either version will be $3.00 per person. All proceeds will venefit future programs for the Danville Park and Recreation Department.
Grab the kids and come out to celebrate Halloween at the park. It will be one “Howl” of a good time!
