classic film monster history Legendary unmade classic
Film Historian and World reknown author, Philip J Riley has announced his third book series. Unmade classic monster films - beginning with James Whale's Dracula's Daughter, starring Bela Lugosi - to be released in 1936.
Whales script was ahead of its time in shock treatment. Full of gay/lesbian scenes, mutilation, blood and sex - that even Lugosi backed out. Short background, behind the scenes, two treatments and the original shooting script.
