Popular YouTube channel Drive-In Of The Damned (DIOTD2008) has launched their weekly internet radio show. Combining interviews with individuals in the horror film buisness, soundtrack music, comedy and audio advertising for films from the 60's and 70's. The weekly radio show heard Saturday nights from 9pm-Midnight is a companion piece to the YouTube channel. Many of Dub Sinister's songs deal with the supernatural. Founder and Grand Architect Tate Hemlock is an amateur ghost hunter whose greatest passion outside of music is horror films and literature. Many of Dub Sinister's songs have been influenced by films like "Night of the Living Dead" or authors like Theodore Sturgeon and Philip K. Dick. Dub Sinister’s unique synthesis of electronic sounds, haunting guitar, urban beats and dub production techniques challenges the listener through the introduction of familiar and contemporary sounds in a brand new setting. Dub Sinister’s music has been described as both “insidious disco” and “electronic lounge music with dark, rock twists”.
